Studio Policies

  • The client is responsible in every way for whatever happens during the booking session, without regard to whosoever has damaged anything. Damages will be charged to the client, and gst will be levied on the same. (this is non-negotiable)
  • If the next client has reserved the studio, you are obliged to leave the studio when your reserved time slot is over.
  • 30 minutes can be considered as a grace period for pack up. However, in case it crosses 31 minutes, a full-hour charge will be applied. The studio has to be cleaned, and the props have to be arranged in the manner it was given. The garbage is not the studio’s responsibility, and it has to be disposed in an orderly manner.
  • In case you want to use paint, flour or any other powder for the drilling of nails, please inform the studio when confirming your booking.
  • Nothing is allowed to be kept outside the studio or any other floor or building lobby. The society will levy a fine of ₹ 10,000, which the client will bourne.
  • Crew size of 40 to 50 people including the artists.
  • Any mandatory permissions for shooting, if required, should be in place before the shooting schedule.
  • If any fine is charged by bmc/union or any other organisation during the shoot, it will be the client’s responsibility. (for vanity, tempo or any other charge)
  • If you park outside the premises, then parking is at your own risk and the studio is not responsible for the same.
  • Any prohibitory items are not allowed in the studio or its premises.
  • If the video is illegal, the shooting will be stopped, no refund will be given, and a full studio charge will be charged.
  • Once booked, the reservation cannot be transferred, cancelled or refunded.
  • The studio assistants/managers are only responsible for helping the crew change backgrounds, lights, soft boxes, and props that are studio property and maintaining the studio’s basic hygiene.
  • The catering area is on the terrace, and no other area in the studio or outside the studio has to be used for serving or dining.
  • Studio is a non-smoking premises. Only the terrace can be used as a smoking zone; if the building stairs are used as a smoking zone, then rs.10000 is charged by the society, which will be borne by the clients.
  • If the stairs are used as a food area for cast and crew, then the society will charge rs. 5000 per day.
  • No equipment or accessories should be kept at the ground floor lobby or any lobby.
  • If your electrical boards are faulty and stop shoot, then it’s not the studio’s responsibility and the extended hour won’t be considered and will be charged.
  • A contract listing these conditions will be sent while booking the studio, which has to be signed by the client and the studio owner.
